Migration Services

Come to Australia to marry your Australian partner with a Prospective Marriage visa.

Overview

What is Subclass 300?

The Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage visa (sometimes called a fiancé visa) allows you to travel to Australia to marry your prospective spouse who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. This visa is granted for nine months, during which you must marry and can then apply for an onshore partner visa (820/801). GO Access Law guides you through the application process and helps you plan the pathway from marriage to permanent residency.

Best for:Individuals engaged to an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen who intend to marry and live in Australia.
How We Work

Our Process

A clear, structured approach that keeps you informed at every step.

01

Eligibility Check

We confirm that both you and your prospective spouse meet the requirements, including that you have met in person and intend to marry within the validity period of the visa.

02

Relationship Evidence

We help you gather evidence of your genuine relationship and intention to marry, including communications, photos, travel records, and statutory declarations.

03

Visa Application

Your complete Subclass 300 application is prepared with all documentation for both the visa applicant and the sponsor (your prospective spouse in Australia).

04

Pre-Arrival Planning

We brief you on your rights under the Subclass 300, including work and study entitlements during your stay in Australia.

05

Partner Visa Pathway

After your marriage, we assist you in lodging your onshore partner visa (Subclass 820/801) to continue your journey to permanent residency.
